Michelle D’Allaird is a New York State licensed aesthetician and International CIDESCO Diplomat. She is the owner of the Aesthetic Science Institute aesthetic schools in Syracuse and Latham, N.Y. She is a consultant and educator for international cosmetic companies around the world. D’Allaird is a contributing author to major industry trade magazines, as well as a host and speaker for International Congress of Esthetics and Spa conferences in Miami, Philadelphia, Dallas, and Long Beach. She is also a co-author of Salon Fundamentals, an aesthetic textbook. Her expertise lies in education and curriculum development for aesthetic, medical, and laser courses. 

Elizabeth Brasher is a licensed aesthetician since 2011 and has been practicing with a strive for advanced skin care education ever since. Brasher is an aesthetician at Premier Med Spa in Richardson, Texas. She continues to devote herself to helping her colleagues offering expert training, heading online aesthetics forums, and writing contributions to industry magazines. At the beginning of 2020, Brasher became DERMASCOPE Magazine’s lead in-house aesthetician.

After graduating in 2007 from the Ogle Beauty School in Hurst, Texas, Lauren Farmer began her career in a day spa, gaining knowledge in facial and body treatments. After a few years, Farmer became a sales consultant for a medical spa in Dallas, Texas, learning various skin treatments and how to heal and protect the future of the skin. In 2019, with over 10 years of experience in the industry, she opened Blush ‘N Beauty Spa in Dallas, Texas, designing a place to bring clients relaxation and result-driven treatments. In 2024, she expanded to a medical spa, officially becoming Blush ‘N Beauty MedSpa. Farmer listens to every client’s special needs and customizes each treatment based on their individual achievement target. 

Lonice Stoker is the newest in-house aesthetician for DERMASCOPE. She is the owner of Laced by Lonice Spa in Dallas, Texas.
